Half-Frame Joiner collects nothing. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no servers. The app has no network features at all — your photographs are read and written only on your own device.
When you choose scans inside the app, iOS gives Half-Frame Joiner access to the photos you select so it can split, arrange, and join them. All of that work happens on your device using Apple's own image frameworks.
Photos you create with the app are saved back to your device's photo library, at your request. They are never uploaded, transmitted, backed up to us, or shared with anyone. We never see them.
None. We do not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal information or usage data. Specifically:
The app makes no network requests. It functions completely offline, including in Airplane Mode.
The app keeps a small local record of the joined images you have created — a thumbnail and a reference so it can show your history and which source photos appear in which joins. This stays in the app's private storage on your device.
You can clear it at any time from the Created tab. Deleting the app removes it entirely. Photos you already saved to your photo library are unaffected and remain yours.
Half-Frame Joiner is a general-purpose photography utility and is not directed at children. Because it collects no information from anyone, it collects none from children.
